Income and expense accounting for a billiard club

A web app and Telegram Mini App that replace an old Excel file: every income and expense in one table, with reports built automatically.

Challenge

The club kept daily income and expenses in an Excel file. Hand-written totals broke, and it was hard to see figures by department or employee.

Every entry goes into one table; department, daily, monthly and overall reports are calculated from it automatically.

Recurring payments (rent, utilities, salaries) are planned and linked to actual spending, so nothing is counted twice.

Bar cost and profit are calculated from opening and closing stock.

The old Excel data was imported into the new system.

The owner gets a short Telegram report every day at 23:00, and reports can be exported to Excel. The interface is in Uzbek (Cyrillic) and Russian.
