Who is responsible

What we collect

If you send the request form: your name or company name, phone or email, the selected service and your task description.

When you visit the site, the server writes the IP address, browser type, requested page and time to a technical log.

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores the chosen colour mode and whether the intro animation has been shown; this is not sent to us.

Why we use it

Request form data is used only to reply to you and prepare a proposal.

Server logs are needed to protect the site from attacks and abuse and to investigate errors.

Where the data goes

Request form data is sent as an email to INNASOFT’s corporate mailbox via Google Workspace.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising. It may only be transferred through providers that run the service (hosting, email) or when required by law.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed for the conversation or cooperation.

Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
