Challenge
Proposals for transformer substations and switchgear were assembled by hand, with technical appendices, specifications and prices. Each one could be needed in a different language and currency.
Solution
The product catalogue lives inside the bot: names in four languages, price, unit, VAT and the technical bill of materials.
Price lists and factory costing sheets in Excel are parsed by fixed rules, and duplicates are merged.
The proposal is assembled automatically with a cover page, technical appendices and a priced specification.
Result
Proposals are produced in Uzbek, Russian, English and Chinese, as PDF, Word and Excel, in UZS, USD or CNY.
