Challenge
The factory kept orders, stock, the cash desk and customer accounts in separate spreadsheets. It was hard to see quickly which stage an order was at and who owed how much.
Solution
Orders move across a Kanban board by production stage; a card advances to the next stage with one click.
Stock is costed on a FIFO basis, and the cash desk and deliveries are linked to orders.
A Telegram bot runs the approval chain, and the system opens on a phone as a Mini App.
Existing data was migrated from the old system and duplicate customers were merged.
Result
The factory now runs on one system: order status, stock and customer debt are visible in real time.
Stages and fields live in configuration rather than code, an approach that became the basis for a universal ERP for other industries.
